What is a Junk Journal?

A junk journal is a bound book made from craft supplies, recycled papers, junk mail, and other found materials.

Why Junk journal?

  1. Recycling - you can use materials found around you! You save things from going into the trash and create art in the process.
  2. Creativity - Your creative muscles grow when you flex those muscles!
  3. Memory Keeping - Document your life by keeping bits of it in a book. It is a great storyteller for anyone to flip through or a place to document your personal growth.
